The menu at Tenko Ramen is focused on ramen and a handful of small Japanese accompaniments, but it doesn’t stop there. Diners can look forward to dishes such as a spicy miso tantan-men and chicken fajita karaage with yuzu sweet and sour sauce. The restaurant is local chef Quealy Watson’s first fast-casual concept debut after working as the executive chef at Hot Joy and serving as the original chef of The Monterey. His partner, Jennifer Dobbertin, has over a decade of experience in hospitality services and has been a small business owner in San Antonio where she gained deep knowledge both in the kitchen and front of the house.
